1. How long does it take to finish my basement?
It generally four to six weeks depending on the complexity of the job.

2. Why do you use metal studs?
Unlike "traditional" wood, metal studs build the straightest walls, do not bow, and will show no more nail pops in the drywall. There is also no risk of terimite damage, rotting wood, and lowers your home's fire risk.

3. What options do you offer?
If you can dream it we can build it. From a high-end basement with a home-office to a small play rooms for the kids (in order to save your upstairs!). We have also built sewing rooms, bars, dens, and entertainment/billiards areas.

4. What if i want to add a bath, but i don't have the plumbing rough in?
We can add the necessary plumbing to add a bathroom or lavatory just about any where you want.

5. Do you offer fireplaces?
Yes in several styles from gas to wood. We have a large selection of fireplaces to choose from both vented and unvented (which do not need a chimney). Our mason can even build a stone or brick chimney with elaborate hearths inside. . . It's up to you!

6. I am concerned that my new basement wont match my existing house?
We take every step necessary in order to match your new basement to your existing house. We'll install the same doors and trim, hardware and knobs (if available) to match your home. Afterall, we want your basement to look like it was always finished and part of your home. This close match will increase the value of your home more so than a basement that looks like it was finished after the house was built.
